Reservation and Cancellation Policy

To ensure that we can continue to offer a high-quality Charters North experience to all of our valued customers, we’ve implemented the following reservation and cancellation policy effective immediately. We kindly request you to read the following before making a reservation:

  1. Booking: For every booking, we require a deposit of $150. This deposit must be made within 72 hours of making the reservation. To make your deposit, please CALL me at 231-590-1949. This is to confirm your commitment and helps us plan our resources better.

  2. Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes, plans change. However, cancellations disrupt our operations and prevent other customers from booking the vacated slot. Therefore, we’ve instituted a cancellation fee of $400. This fee is applicable if you decide to cancel your reservation for any reason.

  3. Exceptions: In the case of weather or mechanical issues, a deposit will be refunded by check witching four weeks or applied to a new booking
